Եսայի 2:5-11
Ո՛վ Յակոբի տուն, եկէ՛ք Տիրոջը լոյսովը քալենք: Քանզի դուն քու ժողովուրդդ, Յակոբին տունը թողուցիր, վասն զի արեւելքի կախարդներովը լեցուեցան եւ Փղշտացիներու պէս հմայութիւն կ’ընեն ու օտարներու որդիներուն հետ դաշնակից եղան: Անոնց երկիրը արծաթով ու ոսկիով լեցուեցաւ ու անոնց գանձերը անթիւ եղան: Անոնց երկիրը ձիերով լեցուեցաւ եւ անոնց կառքերը անհաշիւ են: Կուռքերով ալ լեցուն է անոնց երկիրը: Իրենց ձեռքերուն գործերուն երկրպագութիւն կ’ընեն, անոնց` որոնք իրենց մատերը շինեցին: Ռամիկ մարդը ծռեցաւ, ազնուականը խոնարհեցաւ: Անոնց մի՛ ներեր Տիրոջը վախէն եւ անոր վեհափառութեանը մեծութենէն վէմին մէջ մտի՛ր ու հողին մէջ պահուընէ՛: Մարդուն ամբարտաւան աչքերը պիտի խոնարհին, մարդոց հպարտութիւնը պիտի ցածնայ: Այն օրը միայն Տէրը պիտի բարձրանայ:
Isaiah 2.5-11
O house of Jacob, come and let us walk In the light of the Lord. For You have forsaken Your people, the house of Jacob, because they are filled with Eastern ways; They are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they are pleased with the children of foreigners. Their land is also full of silver and gold, and there is no end to their treasures; Their land is also full of horses, and there is no end to their chariots. Their land is also full of idols; They worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made. People bow down, and each man humbles himself; Therefore, do not forgive them.Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, From the terror of the Lord And the glory of His majesty. The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down,And the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day.
Հռոմայեցիներուն 9։30-10։4
Ուրեմն ի՞նչ կ’եզրակացնենք: Հեթանոսները, որոնք Աստուծոյ արդարութեան չէին հետեւեր՝ արդարացան, որովհետեւ Քրիստոսի հաւատացին. մինչդեռ Իսրայէլի ժողովուրդը չարդարացաւ Մովսէսի Օրէնքին միջոցաւ, որ տուած էր՝ մարդիկը արդարացնելու համար: Ինչո՞ւ: Որովհետեւ չհաւատաց Քրիստոսի, եւ կը կարծէր թէ Օրէնքին գործադրութեանը պիտի արդարանայ: Ատիկա իսկ պատճառ եղաւ որ գլորին «գայթակղութեան առիթ հանդիսացող քար»ին վրայ, այսինքն՝ Քրիստոսի, որուն համար մարգարէութեան մէջ գրուած է. - «Ահա ես Սիոնի մէջ կը դնեմ քար մը՝ որ գլորումի առիթ պիտի ըլլայ, ժայռ մը՝ որ գայթակղութեան առիթ պիտի հանդիսանայ: Բայց անոր հաւատացողը յուսախաբ պիտի չըլլայ»:
Եղբայրնե՛ր, սրտանց կը մաղթեմ եւ կ’աղօթեմ որ Աստուած փրկէ Իսրայէլացիները, որովհետեւ կրնամ իրենց մասին վկայել՝ թէ Աստուծոյ հանդէպ նախանձախնդիր են. միայն թէ այս նախանձախնդրութիւնը հիմնուած չէ Աստուծոյ ճշմարիտ ծանօթութեան վրայ: Անոնք չհասկցան, թէ Աստուած ի՛նչ ձեւով կ’ուզէր արդարացնել մարդիկը: Արդարանալու իրենց հասկցած ձեւին կառչեցան եւ ուստի չընդունեցին Աստուծոյ արդարութեան ուղին: Մինչդեռ Քրիստոսով Օրէնքը իր վախճանին հասած է եւ միայն Քրիստոսի հաւատացողը կ’արդարանայ:
Romans 9.30-10.4
What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness of faith; but Israel, pursuing the law of righteousness, has not attained to the law of righteousness. Why? Because they did not seek it by faith, but as it were, by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone. As it is written:
“Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense, and whoever believes Him will not be put to shame.”
Brethren, my heart’s desire, and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
Մատթէոս 13։24-30
Յիսուս ուրիշ առակ մըն ալ խօսեցաւ անոնց ու ըսաւ. – Մարդ մը լաւ սերմեր ցանեց իր արտին մէջ: Գիշեր մը, երբ ամէն մարդ քնացած էր, անոր թշնամին եկաւ, որոմ ցանեց ցորենին մէջ եւ գնաց: Երբ սերմերը աճեցան եւ սկսան հասկ կազմել, այն ատեն որոմն ալ երեւցաւ: Տանտիրոջ ծառաները եկան եւ ըսին անոր. «Տէ՛ր, դուն միայն լաւ սերմեր չցանեցի՞ր արտիդ մէջ. ուրկէ՞ հապա եկաւ որոմը»: Անիկա պատասխանեց. «Ասիկա թշնամի մարդու գործ է»: Ծառաները ըսին. «Կ’ուզե՞ս որ երթանք եւ որոմը քանդենք»: «Ո՛չ», - պատասխանեց տէրը, - «Որպէզի չըլլայ թէ որոմը քաղած ատեն ցորենն ալ միասին արմատախիլ ընէք: Ձգեցէք որ երկուքն ալ միասին աճին մինչեւ հունձքի ժամանակ. այն ատեն հնձուորներուն կ’ըսեմ. նախ որոմը քաղեցէք, խուրձեր կազմեցէք այրելու համար, եւ ապա քաղեցէք ցորենը եւ ամբարեցէք շտեմարաններուս մէջ»:
Ահաւասիկ ճիշդ ասոր կը նմանի երկինքի արքայութիւնը:
Matthew 13.24-30
Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So, the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”
