ՀԱՐՍԸ
Համբուրէ՛ զիս, համբուրէ զիս շրթներովդ, որովհետեւ սէրդ աւելի զգլխիչ է քան գինին. աւելի քան ոեւէ խունկ՝ անոյշ բոյրով օծուած ես. լոկ անունդ իսկ կը բուրէ անուշահոտ իւղի պէս: Ահա ինչո՛ւ աղջիկները սիրահարուեցան քեզի, ըսին. «Կանչէ՛ մեզ, վազելով գանք քեզի»: Երբոր արքան զիս իր սենեակը տարաւ, օրիորդները ըսին. «Ո՜վ բախտաւոր, ուրախակից ենք քեզի, իրաւամբ որ սէրդ աւելի զգլխիչ է քան գինին. արքան ուղիղ վարուեցաւ՝ քեզ սիրելով»:
Ես թուխ եմ, բայց գեղեցիկ, ո՛վ աղջիկներ Սիոնի. թուխ եմ՝ ինչպէս վրանները Կեդարի, եւ գեղեցիկ՝ Սողոմոնի արքայական վրանին նման:
Մի՛ նայիք որ սեւ եմ հիմա, թխացած, որովհետեւ արեգակը զիս այրեց. պատճառն այն է, որ եղբայրներս զայրացած՝ այգեստանի պահապան զիս կարգեցին, եւ չկրցայ ես հոգ տանիլ իմ անձին:
Պատմէ՛, իմ սէր, ո՞ւր կը հովուես քու հօտդ, ո՞ւր արդեօք զայն կը հանգչեցնես կէսօրին. որպէսզի միւս հովիւներուն հետքերով չթափառիմ՝ անոնց մէջ քեզ փնտռելով:
ՓԵՍԱՆ
Թէ չես գիտեր, ո՛վ կիներու գեղեցիկ, ուր գտնել զիս, հօտերուն հետքով եկուր եւ ուլերդ հովիւներու վրաններուն շուրջ արածէ: Գիտե՞ս, իմ սէր, գեղեցիկ ես զերդ նժոյգ, փարաւոնի կառքերուն մէջ չունիս զոյգ: Գեղեցիկ են ծնօտներդ զերդ տատրակ, եւ մազերդ վզիդ շուրջ՝ իբրեւ մանեակ: Եկուր քեզի ոսկիէ մանեակ շինենք եւ արծաթէ կիտուածներով զարդարենք:
ՀԱՐՍԸ
Երբ արքան զիս իր գահոյքին բազմեցուց, իմ նարդոսս իր բոյրով զինք արբեցուց: Իմ սիրելին այն ծրարն է ստաշխի որ կ՛ուզէի՝ ստինքներուս մէջ հանգչի: Իմ սիրելին հինայի փունջ է ինծի, Ենկատտիի այգիներուն մէջ ծաղկած:

Ի՜նչ գեղեցիկ ես, սիրուհի՛, գեղեցիկ ես. աչքերդ՝ մէյ մէկ աղաւնի:
ՀԱՐՍԸ
Ի՜նչ աղուոր ես, իմ սիրելի: Թող խոտերը անկողին ըլլան մեզի, մայրիները գերաններն ըլլան մեր տան եւ նոճիներն ալ՝ առաստաղ մեր վրան:
ՓԵՍԱՆ
Ես դաշտերու ծաղիկն եմ, շուշանն եմ հովիտներու: Ինչպէս որ է շուշանը՝ փուշերուն հետ բաղդատած, այնպէս ես դուն, սիրուհիս, բոլոր աղջիկներուն մէջ:

Ինչպէս որ է խնձորենին անտառի ծառերուն մէջ, այնպէս է իմ սիրելին բոլոր պայմաններուն մէջ: Ուզեցի իր շուքին նստիլ, եւ նստայ, եւ իմ քիմքիս իր պտուղը քաղցր եկաւ:
Song of Songs 1:1-2:3
The Song of Songs, which is Solomon's. Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth! For your love is better than wine, your anointing oils are fragrant, your name is perfume poured out; therefore the maidens love you. Draw me after you; let us make haste. The king has brought me into his chambers. We will exult and rejoice in you; we will extol your love more than wine; rightly do they love you. I am black and beautiful, O daughters of Jerusalem, like the tents of Kedar, like the curtains of Solomon. Do not gaze at me because I am dark, because the sun has gazed on me. My mother's sons were angry with me; they made me keeper of the vineyards, but my own vineyard I have not kept! Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you pasture your flock, where you make it lie down at noon; for why should I be like one who is veiled beside the flocks of your companions? If you do not know, O fairest among women, follow the tracks of the flock and pasture your kids beside the shepherds' tents. I compare you, my love, to a mare among Pharaoh's chariots. Your cheeks are comely with ornaments, your neck with strings of jewels. We will make you ornaments of gold studded with silver. While the king was on his couch, my nard gave forth its fragrance. My beloved is to me a bag of myrrh that lies between my breasts. My beloved is to me a cluster of henna blossoms in the vineyards of En-gedi. I am a rose of Sharon, a lily of the valleys. As a lily among brambles, so is my love among maidens. As an apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among young men. With great delight I sat in his shadow, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.
Զաքարիա 9:9-15
Մեծապէս ուրախացի՛ր, Սիոնի՛ բնակիչ, ցնծութեամբ աղաղակէ՛, բնակի՛չ Երուսաղէմի. ահա թագաւորդ քեզի կու գայ արդարութիւն եւ փրկութիւն բերելու. որպէս հեզութեան նշան՝ նստած իշու վրայ, դեռ մատղաշ աւանակի վրայ:
Անիկա Եփրեմի երկրէն պիտի անհետացնէ պատերազմի կառքերը, Երուսաղէմէն պիտի վերացնէ պատերազմի ձիերը. պատերազմի աղեղը պիտի խորտակէ եւ խաղաղութիւն պիտի յայտարարէ ժողովուրդներուն: Անիկա իր իշխանութիւնը պիտի տարածէ ծովէ ծով, Եփրատ գետէն սկսեալ մինչեւ ծայրերն աշխարհի:
Գալով քեզի, Տէրը այսպէս կ՛ըսէ. «Քանի արիւնով ուխտ կնքեցի հետդ, գերեվարուած քու եղբայրներդ պիտի ազատեմ անջրդի անապատին խորերէն:
Երուսաղէմ վերադարձէք, ո՜վ գերիներ, որ յոյսով կը սպասէք, ահա կը յայտարարեմ թէ ձեր աքսորի ժամանակաւոր զրկանքներուն փոխարէն կրկնապատիկ բարիքներով պիտի հատուցանեմ ձեզի:
Ինծի համար Յուդան պիտի լարեմ աղաղի պէս, իսկ Եփրեմը՝ նետի պէս. զաւակներդ հեթանոսներուն դէմ պիտի հանեմ, ո՜վ Սիոն, եւ քեզ ձեռքիս մէջ պիտի բռնեմ պատերազմիկ զինուորի պողպատեայ սուրին նման»:
Այո՛, Տէրը ինք վերակացու պիտի ըլլայ անոնց վրայ. անոր նետը փայլակի պէս պիտի հարուածէ: Տէրը, Ամենակալ Աստուածը փող պիտի հնչեցնէ եւ թշնամիներուն դէմ պիտի քալէ՝ մրրիկի պէս սպառնալից:
Ամենակալ Տէրը ինք պիտի պաշտպանէ իր ժողովուրդը եւ անոնք պիտի բնաջնջեն թշնամիները զանոնք պարսատիկներու քարերուն տակ թաղելով. անոնց արիւնը պիտի խմեն որպէս գինի եւ անոնց արիւնով տաշտեր պիտի լեցնեն, այնպէս՝ ինչպէս կ՛ընեն զոհասեղանին վրայ:
Zechariah 9:9-15
Rejoice greatly, O daughter Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter Jerusalem! Lo, your king comes to you; triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. He will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he shall command peace to the nations; his dominion shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth. As for you also, because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit. Return to your stronghold, O prisoners of hope; today, I declare that I will restore to you double. For I have bent Judah as my bow; I have made Ephraim its arrow. I will arouse your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and wield you like a warrior's sword. Then the Lord will appear over them, and his arrow go forth like lightning; the Lord God will sound the trumpet and march forth in the whirlwinds of the south. The Lord of hosts will protect them, and they shall devour and tread down the slingers; they shall drink their blood like wine and be full like a bowl,
drenched like the corners of the altar.
Փիլիպպեցիներուն 4:4-7
Միշտ ուրախ եղէք Տիրոջմով. դարձեալ կ’ըսեմ՝ ուրախ եղէք: Բոլորին հանդէպ ազնիւ եղէք: Շուտով Տէրը կու գայ: Ոեւէ բան թող չմտահոգէ ձեզ. այլ միշտ ձեր աղօթքներուն եւ աղաչանքներուն մէջ գոհաբանութեամբ Աստուծմէ խնդրեցէք ինչ բանի որ կարիքը կը զգաք, եւ այն ատեն Աստուծոյ խաղաղութիւնը, որ միտքով կարելի չէ հասկնալ, խաղաղ պիտի պահէ ձեր սիրտերն ու միտքերը, որոնք Քրիստոս Յիսուսի միացած են:
Philippians 4:4-7
Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Մատթէոս 20:29-21:17
Երբ Յիսուս եւ իր աշակերտները Երիքովէն դուրս կ’ելլէին, մեծ բազմութիւն մը հետեւեցաւ իրեն: Ճամբու եզերքին նստած երկու կոյրեր, երբ լսեցին որ Յիսուս կ’անցնի, սկսան աղաղակել. – Ողորմէ՛ մեզի, Յիսո՜ւս, Դաւիթի՛ Որդի:
Ժողովուրդը սաստեց զանոնք որ լռեն, բայց անոնք աւելի բարձր ձայնով շարունակեցին աղաղակել. – Ողորմէ՛ մեզի, Տէ՜ր, Դաւիթի՛ Որդի: Յիսուս կանգ առաւ, իր մօտ կանչեց կոյրերը եւ հարցուց. – Ի՞նչ կ’ուզէք որ ընեմ ձեզի: Անոնք պատասխանեցին. – Տէ՛ր, թող մեր աչքերը բացուին: Յիսուս գթաց եւ անոնց աչքերուն դպաւ: Կոյրերը անմիջապէս սկսան տեսնել եւ հետեւեցան Յիսուսի:
Երբ Երուսաղէմի մօտեցան եւ հասան Բեթփագէ, Ձիթենեաց լեռան կողին, Յիսուս իր աշակերտներէն երկուքը ղրկեց՝ անոնց պատուիրելով. – Գացէք սա դիմացի գիւղը եւ անմիջապէս հոն կապուած էշ մը պիտի գտնէք իր աւանակին հետ. քակեցէք եւ ինծի բերէք: Եւ եթէ մէկը առարկէ, ըսէք. «Տէրը պէտք ունի», եւ անմիջապէս թոյլ պիտի տայ ձեզի: Ասիկա պատահեցաւ, որպէսզի իրականանայ ինչ որ Տէրը ըսած էր մարգարէին բերնով.- «Երուսաղէմի ըսէք.- Ահա թագաւորդ քեզի կու գայ. անիկա հեզ է, նստած՝ իշու մը աւանակին վրայ»: Աշակերտները գացին եւ կատարեցին ինչ որ Յիսուս պատուիրեց իրենց: Բերին էշն ու աւանակը եւ իրենց վերարկուները անոնց վրայ դրին: Ապա Յիսուս նստաւ աւանակին վրայ: Ժողովուրդէն շատեր իրենց վերարկուները կը փռէին ճամբուն վրայ, ուրիշներ ծառերէն ոստեր կը կտրէին եւ կը տարածէին ճամբուն վրայ: Եւ ամբողջ բազմութիւնը, որ թափօրին մէջ Յիսուսի առջեւէն կ’երթար կամ կը հետեւէր իրեն, կ’աղաղակէր.- «Օրհնութի՜ւն Դաւիթի Որդիին, օրհնեալ է ան՝ որ կու գայ Տիրոջ անունով: Օրհնութի՜ւն Բարձրեալին»: Երբ Յիսուս Երուսաղէմ մտաւ, ամբողջ քաղաքը դղրդեցաւ: – Ո՞վ է ասիկա,- կը հարցնէին քաղաքի բնակիչները: Եւ ամբոխը կը պատասխանէր. – Ասիկա Յիսուս մարգարէն է, Գալիլեայի Նազարէթ քաղաքէն:
Ապա Յիսուս տաճար մտաւ եւ դուրս վռնտեց բոլոր անոնք, որոնք տաճարի շրջափակին մէջ առուծախ կ’ընէին. լումայափոխներուն սեղանները եւ աղաւնեվաճառներուն աթոռները շրջեց եւ ըսաւ անոնց. – Սուրբ գիրքերուն մէջ գրուած է. «Իմ տունս աղօթքի տուն պիտի կոչուի», մինչ դուք զայն աւազակներու որջի վերածած էք: Տաճարին մէջ Յիսուսի մօտեցան կոյրեր ու կաղեր, եւ անիկա բժշկեց զանոնք: Երբ աւագ քահանաները եւ Օրէնքի ուսուցիչները տեսան Յիսուսի կատարած հրաշքները եւ լսեցին աղաղակը մանուկներուն, որոնք տաճարին մէջ կը գոչէին. «Օրհնութի՜ւն Դաւիթի Որդիին», բարկացան եւ Յիսուսի ըսին. – Կը լսե՞ս ինչ կ’ըսեն ատոնք: Յիսուս պատասխանեց. – Այո՛, չէ՞ք կարդացած Սուրբ գիրքին սա խօսքը, թէ «Մանուկներու եւ կաթնկեր երեխաներու բերնով գովեստ հիւսեցիր»: Ապա Յիսուս զանոնք ձգելով քաղաքէն դուրս ելաւ՝ դէպի Բեթանիա, եւ հոն գիշերեց:
Matthew 20:29-21:17
As they were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. There were two blind men sitting by the roadside. When they heard that Jesus was passing by, they shouted, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!” The crowd sternly ordered them to be quiet; but they shouted even more loudly, “Have mercy on us, Lord, Son of David!” Jesus stood still and called them, saying, “What do you want me to do for you?” They said to him, “Lord, let our eyes be opened.” Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes. Immediately they regained their sight and followed him.
When they had come near Jerusalem and had reached Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, “Go into the village ahead of you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied and a colt with her; untie them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, just say this, ‘The Lord needs them.’ And he will send them immediately. ” This took place to fulfill what had been spoken through the prophet, saying, “Tell the daughter of Zion, Look, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.”
The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them; they brought the donkey and the colt and put their cloaks on them, and he sat on them. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and that followed were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!” When he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was in turmoil, asking, “Who is this?” The crowds were saying, “This is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth in Galilee.”
Then Jesus entered the temple and drove out all who were selling and buying in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it a den of robbers.”
The blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he cured them. But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the amazing things that he did and heard the children crying out in the temple, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they became angry and said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes; have you never read, ‘Out of the mouths of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise for yourself’?” He left them, went out of the city to Bethany, and spent the night there.
